The most perfect time to cleanse, strengthen, relax... and reflect on your body, mind and your life.A series of free-flowing moves targeted at stimulating your body's natural cleansing systems, kidneys, liver, lympathic drainage system and so much more. Understand how your body works and how you can improve it for life by relieving yourself of the dense, stale energies that you hold. I am trying out a NEW "pay what you can scheme" to make the sessions affordable to everyone. You can choose between £15-£20.
However, the value of the 75minute session is actually £20.
If you can afford to pay the extra cost, it will enable me to continue to run more of these 'affordable' experiences at the Lakes.
Whatever you pay, you will receive a generous session filled with great content, expertly delivered with all my love.
